Returns:
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Return is requested within 5 days of delivery
- Item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

- A clear photo of the issue
- Reason for the return
Our team will guide you through the return process.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 1-3 business days
- In some cases, a credit note or exchange may be offered
Cancellations:
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. Beyond that, your order may already be processed.
